1. Do you have other sizes?

We always list all the sizes we have available in each style when we put them on our website. Our inventory is automatically updated with every purchase. If you do not see your size listed in a particular style, please call our store and we can see if it can be special ordered for you. Special orders typically take 90 days to receive. You may also choose the option of Notify Me When ... and we'll contact you when a new shipment arrives.

2. Do these boots run true to size?

Boot Star boots tend to run one-half size large. The exceptions to this are the hand-tooled and exotic skin boots, which run true to size. We generally advise people if they are in-between sizes to go with the smaller size. We do have a 100% fit guarantee. If the boots do not fit, simply return them and we will refund your purchase.

3. Are these new boots?

The boots we offer online are the same boots we offer in our brick and mortar store.They are new, authentic manufacturer boots in perfect condition that may have been previously displayed at our store on the Sunset Strip in Hollywood. Due to our store layout, virtually all of our boots are displayed. See our "About Us" tab on the website for a look inside our store.

4. Who makes Boot Star brand boots?

We specialize in authentic western boots from leading manufacturers in the industry. Since 1975, we have had a long-standing relationship with these manufacturers that has earned us the right to carry exclusive designs that are made just for Boot Star. In particular, our Boot Star branded styles are designed by us and handmade in Mexico and Texas.

In fact, many of our styles you will not find anywhere else. In this way, we bring you custom boots without the wait. Of course, if you would like to design your own boots, we can do that too!

5. Where are my boots?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email automatically once your boots have shipped along with a shipment tracking number. If you need further help, please give us a call at 1.888.672.BOOT (2668) or email us at info@bootstarusa.com and we will be happy to track your package for you.

6. Can I pick up my boots at the Boot Star store location?

Certainly! We would be happy to have you stop by our store. You'll find us on the iconic Sunset Strip in West Hollywood. In our store we carry all the accessories that go with a great pair of beautifully designed boots -- hand crafted custom belts, buckles, leather jackets, and other unique apparel.

Boot Star is conveniently located on the world-famous Sunset Strip in West Hollywood at the corner of Sunset and La Cienega Boulevards. Great parking is available for customers in the front and rear of the store.

7. My boots don’t fit. What is the procedure for returning them?

We hope that our customers will always purchase with confidence as we have a 100% fit guarantee. Our stated Easy Return Policy is as follows: "We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Boot Star. We will accept returns for boots returned within 30 days from date of purchase provided the boots have not been worn. To return boots for either an exchange or refund, first call Boot Star for a return authorization. We strive to provide our customers with the best possible online shopping experience, so Boot Star will pay for U.S. domestic return shipping provided the customer satisfies all conditions for returns. All we ask is that the boots are unworn in new condition with all the original packaging. Customized boots are not returnable for cash or credit."
